R & I International
R & I Enterprises in conjunction with UPS now offers 2-3 day service around the globe. From Australia to Zimbabwe, you can have the products you need in 2-3 business days. To determine your shipping charge, refer to the Worldwide Zone Chart to determine your shipping zone. Countries are listed in alphabetical order. All zones for UPS Express start with a "9". The charts list Expedited Service zones that start with a "6". This service is a 5 day service that under our current agreement with UPS is more expensive than the Express service and thus is not offered. To see just how affordable we can be, check out this example.

Once you have determined your shipping zone, go to the UPS Express rate table. These are listed by weight in LBS.
For example: Australia is listed as zone 904. So a 30 lbs. package to Australia would costs $108.88 and arrive in 2-3 business days.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Nutone radio-intercoms and door chimes operate on step down transformers. If your country is not on 120V 60Hz current, you will need to purchase locally a step down transformer for the system. When estimating the wattage of your step down transformer, you should add 25% to the recommended wattage. For example, if a Nutone chime requires 30 watts, your transformer should provide 37-1/2 watts to the Nutone transformer. This accommodates for the voltage drop coming out of your transformer.
For radio-intercoms, the Nutone tuners are designed to pick up the following frequencies. The FM band receives between 87.9 mega hertz to 107.9 mega hertz at increments of 200 kilo hertz. The AM band receives between 530 kilo hertz and 1710 kilo hertz at increments of 10 kilo hertz. For countries like Australia, the Nutone radio-intercoms work very well, for countries like Japan, the system will have difficulty picking up radio stations. Please check your local radio broadcasting frequencies.
Remember, when purchasing electrical products, all Nutone and Broan products listed operate on 120V, 60Hz power. All electrical products are HVI and UL listed. Depending on your countries electrical code, you may need a step down transformer to achieve the 120 V rating. These are a local purchase. Nutone does have a list of 240V export fans and heaters. These are a special order items and information is available upon request.
